  50. We offer three levels of registration which range from $20 to $60
  51. (view the file REGISTER.TXT for more specific information).

  56. We encourage vendor-distribution of InContact! but you must 
  57. follow these guidelines to do so:

  59. 1. You must have written confirmation of our permission to 
  60.    distribute the program and/or collect any registration fees 
  61.    for it (Call us & we'll send it).  BBS' and online services 
  62.    may distribute WITHOUT permission and are exempt from #4 and
  63.    #5.  No distributor or BBS may accept registration fees on our
  64.    behalf unless they have made arrangements with us.

  66. 2. We have broken the files into segments so that you can 
  67.    distribute them as required.  You must include ALL of the

  100.    The InContact diskette installation will work properly 
  101.    ONLY when configured in the manner laid out above.  
  102.    Users will not be able to install properly if the files 
  103.    are divided in any other manner.

  105.    In addition, this program REQUIRES VBRUN100.DLL which is the 
  106.    Microsoft runtime module for Visual Basic.  This file is 
  107.    freely distributable and is readily available from a variety 
  108.    of sources.  If you received a copy of InContact directly from
  109.    Serious Shareware, we have included a copy of this DLL.  If 
  110.    your shareware library has VBRUN100.DLL, feel free to use it 
  111.    instead of the copy we sent.

  113. 3. You may NOT sell InContact as (or included with) a COMMERCIAL
  114.    or RETAIL product WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT.  Our name 
  115.    doesn't have the word SHAREWARE in it for nothing!

  117. 4. Do not include InContact as part of a shareware package 
  118.    UNLESS the other items in the package are augmentive utilities
  119.    for (or relating to) our application (for large collections 
  120.    like CD-ROMS, please get our permission).

  122. 5. If you have a rating system and your reviews deem InContact 
  123.    as average or below overall, please don't bother distributing
  124.    it.  We don't have an ego problem, we just don't want to waste
  125.    your time.

  127. 6. Sing our praises (optional, but it would be nice!)

  129. As a special note: this application allows integrated extension 
  130. modules. These modules can easily be created in most any language
  131. and allow user-installable functionality to extend the product.
  132. Modules could be anything from links to Windows programs, 
  133. conversions for more specialized formats, billing links, etc.  
  134. We maintain a collection of any modules sent to us and can make a
  135. list available to you.  These modules are so easy to build that 
  136. we expect them to appear in droves.  In addition, InContact has
  137. full DDE support. (Check out the WRITE document "EXT.WRI" for 
  138. more information)
